Stephen J. Schwartz is a partner of the law firm of Schwartz & Fang, P.C. Mr. Schwartz
is an Attorney-at-Law and a Certified Pubic Accountant licensed to practice both
professions in the State of New York and is active in many associations. He counsels
clients on a broad range of issues, including estate planning and related tax work,
estate and trust administration, tax and succession planning for family corporations
and partnerships. He works closely with a variety of clients, including entrepreneurs,
corporate executives, and real estate developers to help them identify their objectives
and provides constructive solutions designed to meet their specific goals.
He has served as the Chairman of the Estate Planning
Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs - Nassau Chapter and has lectured at various
continuing education programs and at meetings of business, civic and religious groups
with regard to tax and estate planning.
He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Hofstra University (BBA),
a Law Degree (LLB) and Master of Law Degree in Taxation (LLM) form New York University
School of Law.

Neil B. Fang is a partner of the law firm of Schwartz & Fang, P.C. Mr. Fang is a recognized authority in
the areas of estate and income tax planning, estate administration, family-owned business succession
planning, charitable planning, elder law and real estate. He also successfully represents clients in
contested estate and trust proceedings in addition to federal and state tax audits. His clients are
generally high net worth individuals and families. He has helped them save millions of dollars in estate
and income tax by implementing various well-proven tax planning techniques which he has refined over his
many years of practice. In addition, Mr. Fang vigorously represents executors, trustees and beneficiaries of estates. He has broad
experience in the probate and administration of estates in the Surrogate's Court.
Mr. Fang is a member of the New York and New Jersey bar. He also served on the American Bar Association,
Trust & Estates Committee, New York State Bar Association, Trust & Estates Committee, and Nassau County
Bar Association, Trust & Estates Committee. Additionally, Mr. Fang is licensed as a Certified Public
Accountant in New York and is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs.
In addition to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Fang has earned a Masters of Law in Taxation, Masters of
Business in Accounting and Bachelors of Arts in Economics.
Mr. Fang has lectured extensively on Estate and Tax Planning issues and has published articles on
various tax related matters. He has co-authored the tax section of the Treatise entitled Elder Law
and Guardianships in New York.

Stephanie Keating is an associate in the firm's Real Estate, Corporate and Estate Planning practice groups.
She is admitted to practice law in both New York and New
Jersey. Many of the firm's clients and estates own and manage real estate. For true clients,
Ms. Keating performs all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including commercial
leasing and financing matters. She has a reputation of being a tough negotiator, zealously promoting her
clients' interest.
In addition to being an attorney, Ms. Keating is also a Certified Public Accountant. She has over thirteen
years experience in working for a large public accounting firm representing high net worth individuals in solving their tax problems.
Ms. Keating is a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association, where she is a member of the Real
Property and Trust and Estates sections. She is also a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau County Women's Bar Association and also
the New York State Society of CPAs. Ms. Keating has written articles published in trade journals on tax
planning. She has also lectured in the areas of estate and financial planning.

Roberto Viceconte has been in the estate and financial planning industry for over ten years.
Mr. Viceconte is an associate in the firms Estate Planning and Administration Group.
Mr. Viceconte's practice is concentrated in the area of trusts, estate and financial
planning, elder planning and sophisticated tax planning for high net worth individuals.
Mr. Viceconte also advises fiduciaries in administering estates and trusts, including the
preparation of estate and gift transfer tax returns and fiduciary accountings.
In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Viceconte is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified
Financial Planner. He is a member of The New York State Bar Association where he is a member of the Trusts
and Estates and Elder Law sections, a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of
The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Viceconte is a former Chair of the New York State Society of CPAs

Debra Shapira:

Debra Shapira has been in the field of estate and trust administration for over 20
years. She is currently a Probate and Estate Administrator with the law firm of Schwartz & Fang, P.C.,
concentrating her efforts in the probate and administration of estates. She assists in preparing
accountings and estate tax returns.
Ms. Shapira spent the bulk of her legal career working in two large, major New York City law firms where she
gained her extensive experience and knowledge in this area before joining Schwartz & Fang, P.C. in 2001. Ms. Shapira
has also previously lectured with the Practising Law Institute on Wills, Trusts and Estates and on Estate Administration.
In addition to being a Probate and Estate Administrator, Ms. Shapira is a volunteer for the Make-a-Wish
Foundation for both the Metro/Nassau County and Suffolk County Chapters of New York.
She also volunteers her time with the Boy Scouts of America, as a Merit Badge Counselor
for Law.
